Yesterday the Maven family lost a bright light 💔❤️🩹
Nicole was one of the coolest, most interesting, bad ass women I have ever met. I'm so glad I have the type of job (and personality) that I'm comfortable telling people how I feel about them.
It was easy for me to tell Nic now much I admired her, from the time she walked in my door til the day she got sick, I watched her get sober, accredited in Yoga and coaching aqua aerobics, lose 100+lbs, go from type 2 diabetic to no diabetes indicators and she did all that in about a year. The drive, determination, focus, it took to do this was ridiculous and she always did it with a sense of humor.
She was incredible.
In 18 months she went from OG diagnosis, to thinking she was safe, to having it come back in multiple places and take her precious life #fuckcancer
So in honor of Nicole, please get you boobs checked
Sending love and prayers to Nicole's husband Mike during this time, I can't even imagine what he is going through.

Hey everyone!!
I'm sure a lot of you have received my email regarding whats going on with my shoulder. I thought I'd share an explanation of the results from my MRI.
(I asked chatgpt to put it in simple terms that I could understand!) 🤣😂🤣
Luckily it isn't my pulling arm so not as catastrophic as it could be! I will still be working at decreased capacity and hours until I can have surgery to fix this bad boy up, until then I highly recommend you prebook your appointments as much as possible!

Happy New Year! I hope you all had an amazing holiday season and are looking forward to an amazing 2026.
Jamie and I have decided to take a much needed albeit last minute vacation to VIETNAM!!
Therefore the spa will be closed from Feb 24th to March 18th. In order to make it a bit easier for you all in for your appointments, I have opened up Saturday Feb 21st from 10-5 for bookings.
